to be held on<\/span><strong> the 20th June 2023 in Valeggio sul Mincio.<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The beginning of the event, the meeting point and the aperitivo will take place at <\/span><a style=\"color: #ffe0e0;\" href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/jap4mZYKDoJYqPLTA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Piazza Carlo Alberto<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> located in Valeggio sul Minco (VR) \u2013 Italy; then continue on a walk through the <\/span><a style=\"color: #ffe0e0;\" href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/f3u6rYUVsL8744WR7\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Giardini di Borghetto<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of Valeggio Sul Mincio (VR) &#8211; color: #ffe0e0;\">The following definitions apply to these General Terms and Conditions on the understanding that the definitions in the plural will apply to the term in the singular and vice versa:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Owner of the service:<\/span><\/b> <span style=\"color: #ffe0e0;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">is the Organizing Body of the event entitled to collect the proceeds of the Festival and the person responsible for This Website.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><b>Customer<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span> <span style=\"color: #ffe0e0;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">is the subject that puts in place towards the Organizer, the purchase of the Entry Title by electronic means (e.g. websites and tablet\/smartphone applications).<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><b>Consumer<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span> <span style=\"color: #ffe0e0;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">is the costumer, natural person, who acts for purposes unrelated to the entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal or professional activity.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><b>Event<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span> <span style=\"color: #ffe0e0;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">is the show or the representation to which the Entry Title gives the Holder the right of access.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><b>Entrance Fee<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span> <span style=\"color: #ffe0e0;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">is the original document collected from the Pro Loco Office in Valeggio sul Mincio (Verona) Italy &#8211; color: #ffe0e0;\">The characteristics of the chosen Product will be outlined during the purchasing process.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4> <\/h4>\n<h4>ENTRANCE TICKETS AND EVENTS<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ffe0e0;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Every <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Holder of Entrance Tickets <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">must have a valid Entrance Ticket to access the Event Venue, that has to be collected directly at the Office Pro Loco of Valeggio sul Mincio (Vr) Italy Piazza Carlo Alberto <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">44, as indicated below.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> hey are forbidden by the rules applicable to the Customer as made known in relation to the single Event or in any case applicable to the Customer or to the Event.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ffe0e0;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The reservation of the admission ticket, through this website, entitles you only to a presale of the admission ticket which must be collected as above.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ffe0e0;\">The Entry Ticket can not be transferred by the Customer for a fee nor can it be intermediated.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ffe0e0;\">The Customer is entitled, in case of cancellation for cases of force majeure of the Event, to a partial refund of the price of the Entrance Ticket paid for Euro 80,00\u20ac. Adverse weather events are not intended to cause force majeure, since in this case the Event will also turn to Restaurants participating in the initiative that will be chosen by the Organizers without choice by the Consumer and will be communicated through the contact details provided with the booking act.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ffe0e0;\">If the Organizer communicates the cancellation of the Event and the refund of the relative Entry Ticket, it will be providing the refund, according to the timing and in the manner decided by the Organizer and to the extent that it has received from the latter the necessary provisions and will be communicated through the contact details provided with the booking act.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4> <\/h4>\n<h4>PRICE<\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ffe0e0;\">The ticket price is 140,00 Euro per person, including minors, including statutory taxes.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4> <\/h4>\n<h4>METHODS OF PAYMENT<\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ffe0e0;\">Information related to accepted payment methods are made available during the purchasing process.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ffe0e0;\">Some payment methods may only be available subject to additional conditions or fees. In such cases related information can be found in the dedicated section of this Website.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ffe0e0;\">All payments are independently processed through third-party services.
